IL Adyen test donation questions

Description

@TSkaff made two test donations today, in advance of tomorrow's Israel test.

  1. Merch ref 80321052.1 is at authorized status, but the fraud scoring for it is super low - can we tell what happened to this transaction to prevent it from settling?
  1. Merch ref 80321428.2 did settle and reached Civi, but it took ~15 minutes to do so, which seems like a long time for a non-peak load time?

Can a kind soul with log access tell us any more about these two questions?

  1. There is an issue where where the initial recurring credit card donations aren't moving onto the capture step - we are still looking into that.

2 - Adyen credit card payments have to talk back and forth a couple times from Adyen to our side so ~10-15 minutes for a thank you email is expected.

@MBeat33 @TSkaff I just deployed a fix and tested - new adyen recurrings are getting to civi now
