Description

Continuing on the work of this PR - https://github.com/wikimedia/wikipedia-ios/pull/3557

Confirm that all these paths are still used, clean out those that aren't.
Document fully which paths are supported and add example url for each one.
Document fully which universal links are supported and add an example url for each one.
Fix search scheme bug as mentioned in the PR description if it's still needed.

The in-progress work on the new Explore widget (widgets/explore branch) requires updates to the URL schemes in order to match the design intentions, so that may be a good opportunity to also resolve this work.
