In the federated properties test system, certain properties from the source Wiki do not appear in search results when adding statements.

Steps to Reproduce:
In the test system, try adding a statement and searching for the following properties from the source Wiki (wikidata.beta):

• capital (116); coordinates (477), website (454), TED speaker ID (62013). These have in common that they lack descriptions.
• Test Federated Property (253114) which was created yesterday 04.05.2020

Actual Results:

• "No match was found"

Expected Results:

• Property should appear in the list to select from
