Based on this https://github.com/apache/incubator-superset/issues/2731 I created a new role "ChangeOwnPassword" and added it to the roles of each of the Alpha users. Seems to work, at least it did for my user.

@Jgreen what do you think of adding the new ChangeOwnPassword role to Beta and Gamma as well? I can see all new users needing to change their own passwords - it might be good to do this ahead of needing it.

ChangeOwnPassword should be included alongside the primary role (Beta/Gamma/etc) for everyone, not just for Alpha users.
