wdqs-wmil-tutorial: make sure it uses the new domain toolforge.org

Description

The wdqs-wmil-tutorial tool has recently landed in Toolforge.

It can be reached in https://wdqs-wmil-tutorial.toolforge.org/ but all the generated links inside the resulting HTML points to the legacy domain, for example: https://tools.wmflabs.org/wdqs-wmil-tutorial/introduction/introduction-to-wikidata/

I guess Wordpress should be make aware of this new domain and document root.

NOTE: If you configured wordpress following a documentation that mentions the legacy domain, the docs should be updated too.
