Scale: enable Growth team features on French Wikipedia

  • the Privacy statement to be put online
  • the list of mentors is not well formatted, there is a discussion with the welcome message distribution bot owner to change how his bot can handle it.
  • a date for the deployment has to be announced, so that the community can be informed, especially all mentors.

Search on namespace: 4 "help"

"Help" is not namespace 4, it's namespace 12. Namespace 4 is "Project" ("Wikipédia" in this case). The default is to search in both 4 and 12 (Project and Help), so that's what I'm going with for now.

I noticed there's also a Projet namespace with number 102 (not to be confused with Project/Wikipédia with number 4), should that namespace be searched too?

Note that the link text you provided is unused, we only need the link target (the page name). That's because these links are used in i18n messages (here and here), so the text of these links is in these messages.
