Description

Currently, wdqs1009 is update with deploy repo version of WDQS. We need to have similar environment, but updated with wikidata/query/rdf master version.

AC:

After each merge to master on wikidata/query/rdf, an instance of WDQS is updated with that version
Standard suite of smoke test is run after the update and there is a notification if they fail

We could use wdqs1009, which at the moment automatically deploys the deploy repo. Instead, we could deploy the current master.
