Description

As a user, I don't want new deployments of WDQS to accidentally break things.

Currently, the deployer, after deploying WDQS to canary server (wdqs1003) has to manually perform smoke test to make sure that deployment went correctly. There is no reason for this step not to happen automatically
AC:

After canary deployment, automatically executes /queries/tests.sh on wdqs1003 server
plumbs success/failure back up to the operator
