Suggestion for domains whitelisted for upload_by_url (at Commons:Upload tools/wgCopyUploadsDomains) :

It's huge university digital library, with various documents under various licences. But, they have a segment which is concerned with archiving an old documents, such as old newspapers under CC-Zero Zero Public Domain, "No Rights Reserved" - CC0; CC-BY Attribution - CC-BY (1.0 2.0 2.5 3.0 4.0)‎; CC-BY-SA Attribution-ShareAlike
They provide documents for, which was my previous request, which is accepted (I think).

Feel free (or I will) to add this to my open patch and will swat later

@Aklapper you mean, not to post directly here? Of course, no problems! But out of curiosity - I came to this place for the first time, I mean with a previous post, but, essentially, I'm doing this for the first time, and I had no idea that, for some reason, I should have followed the link from there, if that's what you're telling me - that there is some reason why I need to follow the link from there next time ?

Andre meant that you should use the request button at, it prefills the form with some data :). has this icon:

image.png (53×209 px, 9 KB)

unless I'm missing something, it means "all rights reserved". I'd need a different example.

This is surprising - the same document is given under 3.0 / 4.0 by deutsche-digitale, yet here is Free Access/All right reserved.
Now, there is no doubt that I could find example with 3.0 / 4.0, but I am not sure anymore that such docs are available in one place, like in above mentioned library, where all these old newspapers are given in one place with same licence.
Here's what the Uni digital lib says:

In the meantime, I will try to find concrete example doc. (Thanks for info on form filling)

There is this section of the site - heidICON – Object and Multimedia Database of Heidelberg University (The “Virtual slide collection”) - where you are offered doc's under CC BY-SA 4.0 (there is search engine with filters in a panel on the side) :

Other sections offer doc's under same licence too.

Section with charters like these:

are all under Public Domain licence, though.

I can see one that's CC-BY-SA 4.0 so I'll create a patch but I'd like to hear from @Urbanecm before SWAT

Change 596398 had a related patch set uploaded (by RhinosF1; owner: RhinosF1):
