Description: NewsBank is a database of newspapers.

Notes:

• We've had on-and-off conversations with NewsBank over the years (last contact 2016). The main hangup in our earlier progress were around licensing restrictions on the content NewsBank held. Looking back I wonder if this was a misunderstanding, though. This hasn't been a problem for any other publishers and practically we're a library like any other NewsBank gives access to.
