Hi @toorich, thanks for taking the time to report this!
Cannot reproduce locally with librsvg2-2.48.4: The PNG file created with rsvg-convert --format=png --output=.tv_domain_name_logo.png .tv_domain_name_logo.svg looks as expected for the third version in that page.

Yes, I tried locally and got the same result. But MediaWiki seems can't generate thumbnail correctly.

Confirming fixed in buster (rsvg-convert version 2.44.10).
