Description

Navigation headers in Vector display wrapped in ⧼…⧽, as if the text was a localisation message key. I noticed this on Officewiki (https://office.wikimedia.org/) but other wikis will probably also be affected if they use untranslated text in MediaWiki:Sidebar, e.g. fr.wp (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Sidebar). This affects both versions of the skin, logged in and logged out.
