Hello. I am trying to make a wiki whare admin rights are given liberally and self-policed but supervised, so admins can add and remove other admins but crats can as well. I also want to make a group for crats that will revoke admin permissions so that only a crat can make them an admin again. However there is currently no way to revoke $wgAddGroups and $wgRemoveGroups grants. So that is what I would like to request, a way to revoke add/remove group grants. I would also like it be made so that granting 'userrights' will override add/remove group revokes and revoking 'userrights' overrides add/remove group grants. Thank you.
