1. Go to a group that has no translations in a certain langauge. Usually en-gb in Recent additions. (https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:Translate?group=%21additions&language=en-gb&filter=%21translated&action=page)
2. Click on review

Actual Results:
Empty message table tab, without any info message.

Expected Results:
Expect to see a message stating that either,

1. There is nothing to translate
2. Untranslated + Proofread is invalid filter criteria.
