@Peachey88 @Aklapper - It looks like the Phab form link on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Security/SOP/Access_to_Phabricator_Security_Issues was incorrect - I've gone ahead and fixed it. It should have had Security-Team as one of the 'tags' parameters, since that's how we triage Phab tasks as a team these days. Apologies for the confusion and incorrect link.

@sbassett: Hah, thanks, that was implied hope - if it was wrong then Security-Team might fix it. :P
