As per https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/News/Toolforge.org we should make sure the tool can be reached at https://ldap.toolforge.org with the deprecation of the tools.wmflabs.org/$toolname URLs.

https://ldap.toolforge.org is now serviced and I see no issues. https://tools.wmflabs.org/ldap redirects to https://ldap.toolforge.org without issues as well. I did a bit of browsing of users and LDAP groups and I see no broken data or URLs so far. Call it a success? Shall I revert to the old URL for now though?
