Go to any page where the Reply tool is available. E.g.: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussion_utilisateur:PPelberg_(WMF)
Click any "Répondre" link
Type a comment

Yes, this is already fixed in wmf.32, but the train deployment is delayed and fr.wp (same as other wikis) is still on wmf.31.
