Steps to Reproduce:

Go to a page
Turn on screen reader
Set heading to heading navigation using "caps+control+down arrow"
Navigate to a heading

Actual Results:

Screen reader announces edit and edit source along with heading title

Expected Results:

Screen reader should only announce heading title
