Allow phabricator workboard reports to work without story points

Description

On one of our workboards https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/reports/3539/ we do not really use story point that much.
Thus the reports that are generated are rather useless to us as far as I can tell.
Would it be possible to generate similar reports just counting the number of tickets, rather than summing the story point values?

Tagged with the sprint extensions as I believe that is what powers this graph.
