Per T245790#6163491, proposed refinement to loading transition of the post-edit dialog.
Current:
The success notification and suggested next edit dialog slides up and appears together as one block.
Proposed:
The success notification fades in first, followed by the suggested next edit dialog fading in and slide up afterwards.
On mobile, the dialog would also push up the position of the success notification.
