These changes are based on the documentation of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Cite_book

1. The bot should set < |via=[[Internet Archive]] > when linking to resources at IA.
2. < |url= > should only be used for linking to the beginning of the work (ie the link without the /page/###) in case an chapter-url/section-url/etc links are present.
3. Because of this, < |url-access=registration > should not be set because access to the main page of the work doesn't require registration (whereas a chapter-url does).
