@YiJuLu Thanks for confirming. You have been added to the LDAP group "nda". This was one step needed to give you access to JupyterHub but your other ticket to get shell access will also be needed and might be handled by somebody else. (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/Systems/Jupyter#Access_and_infrastructure) Either way, you just got closer to it and it was needed.
