'Access collection' tooltip doesn't show collection name

Description

When hovering over the 'Access collection' button in My Library, External link to {partner}'s website should appear in a tooltip. It looks like the partner name isn't resolving correctly: the tooltip currently shows External link to 's website.

Merged to master and tested in production, and it looks like the tooltip issue is fixed! Marking it as "Done"
