With the launch of authentication-based access we reworked the 'Featured partners' element of the tool's homepage. We've moved from ~10 to 3, and are only highlighting publishers requiring an application.

Nothing will break when we deploy, even with more than 3 featured partners selected, but we need to change which publishers are being shown. The following three are a mix of new application-required publishers and a high-demand partner:
