We will be deploying a banner on WikimediaFoundation.org through the weekend with a link to the Foundation's recent statement and Meta-Wiki portal on Black Lives Matter. Visitors to the website will have the ability to close the banner, the banner will only appear on the Foundation's website - not on any Wikimedia projects, and we are following that site's existing Privacy Policy.

I will close this ticket once the campaign ends and code has been removed.
