Remove the User:

Thanks (facepalm). :) Still puzzles me though: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth?target=Sbisson+%28WMF%29 shows account was created on mediawiki.org but https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=User:Sbisson_(WMF) does not state created by OIT. Another PEBKAC of mine? :-/

I think they usually create them on meta.

But 2015 is possibly long enough ago the blacklist rules were not in place to prevent creation of (WMF) accounts.

CC'ing @AMuigai to get a confirmation (and basically to transfer the responsibility for this decision) as I'm unfortunately unable to verify SBisson's account myself (see my previous comment here). (Plus AMuigai's SUL account connected to the Phab account has been created by OIT.)

I apologize - looks like I totally misread WMF's internal "Contact list"... @Arrbee: I'm requesting a comment that the account @SBisson should be added as a member to WMF-NDA, as it's not possible to verify who created older SUL accounts like the SUL account connected to the @SBisson Phab account (newer SUL accounts get created by WMF OIT). I'm sorry for this hassle; it's not the greatest system. (For the verification chain: The account @Arrbee is already a member of WMF-NDA.)

Thanks Andre for the clarification. I am not fully sure if you need anything more from me beyond me writing here 'please add Stephane's account, @SBisson to the WMF-NDA group'. For the record, Stephane is the lead engineer on the Inuka team. Hope this completes the process. Do let us know if you need anything more.
