its-base is the common base for Gerrit bug tracker integrations, like our its-phabricator. It needs some fixes to build and properly work against Gerrit-3.1 upwards.
All needed fixes are upstream and verified (but they are more than a few, so I won't copy the links). Many of them are merged already. A few are still pending.
