The pre-deployment steps of the train on Tuesday can now take many hours. If the train is run from the EU, this means running those steps can overlap with EU SWAT. RelEng considers train to be sufficiently important that cancelling the EU SWAT window is better than delaying the train.

This will only happen on trains that are run from the EU, currently two out of the seven week rotation.
