Description

Take the draft that has been agreed between analyst, PM, and engineer, turn it final JSONSchema for use on the Modern Event Platform, and get it merged into the schema repository so we are ready to start ingesting data.

This also includes transforming the events table and other readme content into a Markdown document in the repo, and checking the source file of the diagram into the repo.

It seems like the engineering review (T269144) will take some more time, and in any case the schema fragments are not quite ready yet either (T255302).
