Contact Source job failed this morning 6/10/2020

Description

The civi to ESP import failed. I'm investigating what may have happened. I think the file wasn't ready to be picked up by Acoustic at the designated time. I just manually ran the Unsubscribes file import and it completed successfully. I'm running the DatabaseUpdate import now, which takes ~45 mins, and will let you if that also processes successfully.

Event Timeline

The manual run of the DatabaseUpdate import seemed to work. I bet this was a timing issue. Adding a screenshot of completed jobs compared with yesterday's jobs. All looks well:

Looks like data jobs are now running fine - see screenshot below.

I moved this job schedule to start a half hour earlier. It looks like our bandwidth is pretty variable to acoustic these days - it can take between 15 minutes and an hour to do the upload.
