Currently the docker-compose setup on the speechoid dev server is running on sqlite. Rather setup a MariaDB container and run from that.

I have written scripts that can be used to populate a MariaDB and Pronlex seems to run just fine on this. But we have no way of setting up a MariaDB in the Pronlex-image or create a new MariaDB-blubber-project that is populated from a Pronlex due to missing root/sudo access within a Blubber project. Thus we are currently dependent on WMF supplying a MariaDB connection, or the official MariaDB docker distribution which is probably not accepted by WMF. We need to talk to WMF ops before going further with this.
