We have an updated firewall config for T122104. This will add outbound access from the public_reporting server to port 6697 for SSL based irc connections.

The generated pfw policy files are staged as:

eqiad-1591901800
codfw-1591901800

Could you please deploy these changes when you get a chance? No coordination is needed to enact this change. Thanks.
