The link color (#36c) is close to the color of black text (#222). Per T204081, we know that the ΔE between the blue link color (#36c) and black text is 41 and currently being used as our baseline. However, during recent round of usability testing T246190 we had a vision-impaired tester unable to complete any of the tasks because they were unable to differentiate a link from text.
