@Amirpashaei: Can you please link to where on the website shows they are under a compatible license or prove you can license them?

I added this sentence [[Amir Pashaei copyright. All Rights Reserved]] in footer (bottom) of my site:

http://pashaei.studio/

That's not compatible with Commons. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Licensing&mobileaction=toggle_view_desktop#Acceptable_licenses

Priority reflects reality not wishes

The license also seems to be custom so I'd like to see confirmation it's valid.

I don't see why sentences like "all image in this site are in the wikipedia with original size." are on a page which is called "License". :)
Furthermore, it would be both safer and easier if you chose an existing and established free and open license.

http:/// hello again . this site (pashaei.studio) is my own. who should confirm the license?
I'm architectural photographer and I want to photography all important heritage in iran with 100 megapixel resolution and upload them in wikipedia. this is my goal.
but uploading in wikimedia server is very hard. especially if I want to upload new version of a picture after some improvement.I tried 30 times and middle of a download error shown. but I can easily upload picture in my site.
you can see this awful situation in this link. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Featured_picture_candidates/File:Qajar_kiosk.jpg

I deleted this sentences "all image in this site are in the wikipedia with original size"

Using an existing license (instead of writing stuff on your own) might make this easier. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Licensing

I think you mean "Wikimedia Commons" instead of "Wikipedia"? :)

I dont have any problems with using upload wizard for uploading my pictures. but if I want to replace a new version picture by using this method ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload ) i can't success and error shown in every try. I can't use Source URL upload because my site isn't in whitelisted URL. can I try other way to upload a picture as new version?

Again: Please do not change the Priority field. Thanks.

@Amirpashaei: Can you please consider a license listed on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Licensing rather than a custom one?

It will signifcantly speed this up.

I replaced a new license based on the link you sent.
thanks again for your kind.

The license seems to be PD so it's fine license wise to proceed as far as that's concerned
