I'm keeping the title specific in case it triggers an automated edit, but actually the regex for the existing cdm16062.contentdm.oclc.org (T76867, note numerical difference) should be generalised to match all such URLS. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/commons_talk:upload_tools#user:CommonsMaintenanceBot/wgCopyUploadsDomains.json
