We would like to elicit initial feedback on the Federated Properties MVP from target institutions and/or users before the feature is released.

For each recruited party in the user testing, we will need to:

1. Create a Wikibase instance with federated properties enabled on CloudVPS
2. Seed the Wikibase with an initial set of items provided by each institution
3. Execute defined research plan & gather feedback [format TBD by UX team]
