Several times today I've

• made manual edits in the edit box or double-clicked in the diff window to reject incorrect changes
• adjusted the edit summary to match the actual edits I'm making
• hit "save"
• waited while the operation times out with a network/server problem and the page reloads

"Replace text with last edit" makes it easy to recover the lost edits, but there's no way to recover the lost edit summary.

Could that be added somehow? Maybe the "Replace text with last edit" could quietly do that as well, if used after a timeout.
