Problem

Usability testers have reported that it's challenging to scan the page to find the conversation initial messages. Junior contributors noted this on pages that were not populated with a table of contents due to fewer conversations on their user page.

1. Possible Solutions
Style the initial comment/ message to look distinct from the replies
Add a TOC to the user page as soon as a topic is added to a page.
