Description

per elwiktionary community consensus, please create 'rollbackers' right.

New usergroup has the following rights:

Not create redirects from source pages when moving pages (suppressredirect)
Quickly rollback the edits of the last user who edited a particular page (rollback)

Should be able to be granted/revoked by administrators.

I request on behalf of the elwikt community.

@Sotiale: Most wikis seem to have the right as 'rollbacker', I assume that's you want not 'rollbackers'
