Description

Scap's RELEASE.md has at least one spelling mistake. Find it (spell checker is helpful), and submit a change to Gerrit to fix it.

I like to work on this. But I am not able to find where Scap's RELEASE.md file is. So I need a little help there.

Looks like it, my spell checker doesn't find anything on the branches I checked (the two main ones).

I opened this task to have an easy onboarding task for a new co-worker. It's not really useful otherwise.

@Iamzac, the git repository is at https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/admin/repos/mediawiki/tools/scap but it's a program that's hard for an outsider to even test, sorry. (It's hard for me to test, too.)
