This happened once yesterday, I don't see any previous occurrences of this error.

We have been getting more of these--maybe four--over the last couple of days. @DStrine we might want to try to prioritize it in the next sprint if possible.

I've been looking into this today a teeny bit as part of chores but I can't see any clues why it would be happening in the logs.

I licked this cookie also but couldn't work out what's causing it.

I was digging into this donation which had the same problem. It's a paypal express donation but I couldn't find any reference of it in the frontend logs, only backend (smashpig).

This came up again a few times. Looks like it's the same donation too. I wonder if we could inject the ct_id in the queue message to fix this one as we've already saved and processed the donation?

These are donations coming in from a givelively link which are skipping the front end entirely so there is no ct_id for them.
