The new tracking category math-tracking-category-texvc-deprecation introduced in 9dad688f4438 (T197842) is not present on Special:TrackingCategories, thus it’s hard to find and translate it on translatewiki.net. As far as I understand, it should be added to rEMAT extension.json:296-299 (at 939fcce0846d) to have it appear on Special:TrackingCategories.

It seems that CPT is not processing external code review see (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/4614/) at the moment so I will just proceed and annoy people with +2 permissions on IRC until someone agrees to merge the patch... unfortunately this seems the only way to way to move forward. :-(
