There's text that shows when you highlight the icons.

repro steps:

press and hold left mouse button
move mouse into the icon(s).

Unable to replicate this. Is this is still a problem? If so which browser?

I can trivially reproduce this on recent desktop Firefox on Windows 10 at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page as well as Edge.. No connection to resolution. The text does not display when doing the same on Firefox mobile for Android.
