Alright, I think it's not a bug. The page <title> tag is affected by the language set in user's preference -> Internationalisation. The conversion mode only changes the content variant but not <title>. I'm closing this task as there is no obvious sense to change <title> tag via the language converter.

Hi @toorich, thanks for taking the time to report this! Could you please provide a clear list of exact steps to reproduce the situation, step by step, including URLs, and what you expected to happen instead and where to see this (including the text, as text), and what happens instead (including the text, as text)? Plus where exactly to see a "webpage title"?

Actually the webpage title is in the <title> tag which in the <head> tag of html file. The URL is like Chinese Wikiquote Main page in Simplified Chinese (China Mainland), you can see the title is shown in Traditional Chinese.

Seems the title can vary based on the language set in user's preference -> Internationalisation.
