XTools is supposed to scan https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/InitialiseSettings.php.txt to get the the configured wgAutoConfirmAge and wgAutoConfirmCount for a given wiki. For Wikidata it's apparently still using a value of 10 for wgAutoConfirmCount when it should be 50.

This might be because the entry in InitialiseSettings is for wikidata and not the true database name, wikidatawiki.
