Add tool to show largest/smallest pages on a wiki

The query is actually pretty fast, sorting by page_len. Various filtering options could be added, such as namespaces, and only showing pages with titles that match a certain pattern.

For now this only shows the largest pages, but I can add smallest if there's demand for it. Smallest seems less useful, as depending on the project/namespace it would cluttered with blank pages.
