I copied a text from gmail to a source edit window in Wikimedia Commons. If that text is marked-up, you get a popup offering to convert it to wikitext. Awesome. It will take hyperlinks and convert them to internal links. So far, so good.
However, if that hyperlink links to the commons namespace, it does recognize that it should convert it to an internal link, but it lost track of the namespace.
This is what happened here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons_talk:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2020&type=revision&diff=429299643&oldid=429297099&diffmode=source
The hyperlinks in the text I pasted included the Commons: namespace in it.
I suspect a simple bug, but did not test extensively. Nice feature though!
