When looking at the ci set of tracked library than the UI of libraryupgrader does not show "Wikimedia-deployed" for libs like "mediawiki/libs/timestamp" which are deployed as "wikimedia/timestamp" on each wiki.
The detection must be done with the composer names between composer.lock of mediawiki/vendor and the composer.json of the lib?
It would be really nice if this could be implemented by adding to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/integration/utils/+/refs/heads/master/wikimediaci_utils/__init__.py#62, which is what libup uses.
