newitem.py should ignore pages with {{Delete}}

Description

Running newitem.py also creates items for pages marked with {{delete}} (or local equivalent) incuding redirects marked for deletion.
There are wikis where sysops are not very active and these pages should stay here several weeks.

This script should skip these pages and not create item for them.
