Description

See zh:Wikipedia:VPO; the community has reached the consensus on a proposal of Replace the Simplified Chinese logo of Chinese Wikipedia with File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-zh-hans-expected.svg. Typeface of the logotype have been changed, modified from a free type — Source Han Serif.

Here are the new logos in different sizes and formats:

To avoid blurring strokes, some details may look different among above images.

Sorry but I thought a static image /static/images/project-logos/zhwiki-hans.png could not be modified by CSS, and it could be better to substitute the file directly as I had mentioned in T254467.

MediaWiki:Common.css reads

.mw-wiki-logo:lang(zh-hans)

/* @1.5x and @2x are omitted */

@VulpesVulpes825: Defining logos via local common.css is a bad idea (see also T256295), hence reopening.

I have submitted patch 608853 (Interesting that the bot has not automatically link the patch yet) and it will hopefully get deployed by the end of today (UTC)
